“I just want to be happy” I hear this a lot, but what does that mean? And how do we get to that elusive goal of happiness?

Sometimes we need someone to just listen. Not a friend or family member, but a trained ear to really listen to us. At times, we need someone to be honest with us to help reveal the unpleasant patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving we all tend to get stuck in. By now it’s no secret, most of us can benefit from expressing all of life’s challenges in a safe, non-judgmental environment. My goal is to listen to your unique journey, and to help you gain the insight necessary for reaching your goals and to create a happier life for yourself.

I use a Holistic, Mind-Body Integration, Trauma Sensitive, Strength-Based approach to foster growth and awareness. I have over 15 years of training and certifications in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, IFS, Hypnotherapy and many other modalities of treatment. Each of us is born with the tools to build the life we desire. I’m here to help uncover your set of tools, so you can fix what feels broken and build a more fulfilling life with healthier relationships.
